Red light therapy is safe and is not associated with any side effects if used according to the instructions.Notice: NIR could be unsafe to the eyes, so wear eye protection if using NIR in the facial area.

Do I need to use eyewear during treatments?

Yes, eye protection should be used when NIR mode is active, we recommend wearing eyewear when facing the device during the treatment.

How quickly does a red light therapy device work?

The good news is that LED red light therapy does start helping your body from the very first session, but continued therapy helps achieve more lasting results.

You may feel minor results immediately, but the best results are achieved over 4 weeks, and it is important to continue use long-term.

How to use red light therapy on body and skin?

Ideally, you would place the light source close to your body, and this would enable a session to be complete in just a few minutes. Our panels deliver more than five joules of light per minute of use from a distance of six inches.

Dose is measured in J/cm²(Joules per centimeter squared). The greater the power density, the less time it will take for your cells to receive the desired dose. Does= Power Density x Time.

If you want a simple protocol that works well, irradiate yourself for 10 minutes, once or twice a day per area. Be sure to assess how you feel afterwards. Nobody knows your body better than you do.

I loved this product, I like the versatility it has, its functions and everything it does. It helps with muscle pain and improves metabolism , with stomach and lymphatic sistem . I use it for my clients and it is helping them a lot. It is very good if you have a business it gives a plus, which is what I am doing and our clients are delighted. Lots of features for skin treatment

Helps skin and has so many different settings for different type of skin treatments. Much more cost effective treatment at home for skin treatments with light therapy. The red and orange light really help acne spots.
